B.E. Council Reaches Contract Agreement With Police Department

Iowa Unemployment Rate Rises to 3% in October

October’s seasonally adjusted jobless rate rose to 3% in Iowa. Iowa Workforce Development blamed job cuts in manufacturing and construction. Minnesota’s Unemployment Rate Holds Steady in October
