Rochester Man Dies in I-90 Rollover near Blue Earth on Wednesday Morning

USDA Releases Crop Production Report for MN & Iowa as of August 1st

Tornadoes Spotted in the Area Monday Night as Storms Roll Through

Severe thunderstorms brought tornadoes, hail, wind and torrential rainfall to southern Minnesota Monday evening.  Tornado Warnings and Severe Thunderstorms were issued as the storms rolled through.  There were multiple reported tornadoes as the storms tracked to the southeast across Minnesota. Crop Conditions in MN & Iowa Mostly the Same as Last Week

The USDA’s National Agricultural Statistics Service released the crop progress report for Minnesota and Iowa for the week ending August 4th.  Field Activities included small grain harvest, cutting and bailing hay and applying fungicides.
