The Faribault County Sheriff’s Office has released more details on the body that was found in rural Wells Friday night, November 1st.
According to the Faribault County Sheriff’s Office, at approximately 11:46pm, they received a 911 call of a body found at a property in the 14,000 block of 540th Avenue in rural Wells.
The victim has been identified as 54 year old Miguel Angel Chavez-Lopez of Albert Lea.
The manner of Chavez-Lopez’s death has been ruled a homicide.
The case remains under investigation by the Faribault County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
