A two vehicle accident in Fairmont sent a Mankato woman to the hospital late Monday afternoon.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, at approximately 5:36pm, a 2016 Dodge Journey driven by a 15 year old female pulled out from the I-90 east ramp, in front of a 2022 Kia Sportage traveling south on Highway 15, that was driven by 51 year old Jessica Marie Brown of Ceylon.
The 15 year old female and her passenger, 40 year old Kayla Lynn Sybrant of North Branch were no injured.
Brown had two passengers with her, 27 year old Alysha Marie Casias of Fairmont and 24 year old Mikayla Brooke Casias of Mankato. Mikayla Casias was the only one injured and was transported to the Fairmont ER with non life threatening injuries.
All the people involved were wearing seatbelts.
Assisting at the scene were the Fairmont Police Department and the Fairmont Fire Department.
