Minnesota Health Officials reported Friday 1,107 new cases of the coronavirus and 13 more deaths.
According to the Minnesota Department of Health, 6,737 people have died because of the virus. A total of 4,237 of those deaths have occurred in long term care facilities.
A total of 495,208 cases have been confirmed in Minnesota since the pandemic began in March of last year. Of those, 480,133 people no longer need to self isolate.
