A Fairmont man had a drug sales charge dismissed and received a stay of imposition related to a recent drug possession conviction in Mankato.
Forty three year old Nathan John Planting also was convicted on a misdemeanor DWI charge for the May 4th, 2023 offense according to a sentencing order in Blue Earth County District Court. He was charged after police reported finding him in a vehicle with methamphetamine.
The order states Planting’s felony for possession will be reduced to a misdemeanor upon successful completion of three years of supervised probation. He received credit for 116 days in jail.
