A Memorial Service for Diane Franks, age 70, of Wells, will be Thursday, September 9th, at 12pm, at Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home in Wells. Visitation will be Thursday morning from 10am to noon at the Funeral Home. Diane Franks died August 26th at her home.
